Sam Hall

Born in Yorkshire, living and working in Cornwall. Sam Hall has made ceramics since 1990.

For 15 years he worked from Gaolyard Studios in St.Ives and for the last decade from a studio across the bay in Hayle.

The true work is the studio.

Trying to make pots.

Cycling to and from the studio starts and ends the day in peace.

Firing a kiln still holds some kind of anticipation.
